For Your
Bike Games, Poker Run & Show &Shine
The
Show and Shine tabulation (Judging) sheets are pretty simple and straight
forward, with 10 spots per sheet for Bike entries on the First Show and Shine
Score Sheet.
The Difference with Second Printable Score sheet is that there is 2 Blank Score
Boxes where you can add any 2 extra Extra Items of your choice for your event on what is to be
Judged on Bike .With this exception and that there are only 8 Spots per
sheet for Bike entry, they are the me as the first Judging Sheets.
Now the the decision you and your committee has to make is what to add.
I Strongly
recommend
that you do this early in your planning, should you use these Sheets this way
you can add your choices by typing them in or write them on Blank
Score Sheet that
you have Down loaded and Then you can photo copy the score sheets you are going
to use this way you are not filling in each Blank spot in by hand at the last
minute.
In a pinch these
sheets can all so be used as registration eliminating a separate registration
form for on site registration.
In most cases
there is a pre registrations form for most Show & Shines that is something that
you as the host would have to make up to suite your needs.
As you will see I
have a spots for Entries Name… Bike #...Class…
The Points
Accumulation is based on 5 basic features
1. Paint…2.Accessories…3.Over All
Appearance…4.Chrome…5.Tires & Wheels.
With scoring from
1 to 10 for each feature.

This is only a recommendation that when it comes to judging that there be 3
or more Judges who do not have Bikes entered in the Show and Shine, And the Judges do
not check out the same Bike at the same time that way there is no influence from
one Judge to the Other.
All so that no one
who has a Bike entered knows how a Judge scored on there Ride .Nothing worst
then some poor Judge being bagged on by someone who thought that they were hard
done by. After each judge has checked out and scored all the Bikes
Then the Judges
totals are added up and the winners are determined.
I have added a
Printable sheet for a Peoples Choice; I always find that the results of this
award are unpredictable and sometimes pretty funny as to what the Peoples
Choose.

Categories Suggestions
How does one determine where your Motorcycle would fit into the following
Categories Antique, Vintage, Classic or Stock New Day? This is usually
done by the age of the Bike. Meaning that the year the Bike was Built and
Registered would determine what category it should be placed. Right, "Yes"
except, there is one small catch.
As each year passes, the Bike gets a Year older. It can Move from one category
to the next, Meaning the Bike can move from New to Classic or Classic to
Vintage and Vintage to Antique.
In the Printable Category Sheet you will find,
I have Intentional left the Dates
blank for the above 4 Categories, for that
reason.
As the Group committee that is Hosting the Show and shine they May Follow a
Different Criteria as to the Ages that Each of Bike must be, to fall into the
perspective Categories for that event.
